The oobCREATIVE AI receptionist may offer to send a consultation scheduling link or an appointment confirmation by SMS during a live phone call that you initiated. Before any text is sent, the AI receptionist explains what the message will contain and asks for your explicit permission to text the same phone number used to place the call. The AI receptionist does not accept a different destination number for this messaging flow, and this consent is not used for unsolicited marketing messages.

Before asking for consent, the AI receptionist tells you that message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments, typically 1–2 messages per interaction; message and data rates may apply; replying HELP provides help; and replying STOP opts out. The AI receptionist also provides links to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You must say “yes” or otherwise explicitly agree before the message is sent. The AI receptionist then confirms that the text will be sent.

You can decline SMS and continue the conversation without receiving a text. For additional support, reply HELP or email hello@oobcreative.com. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery can depend on your carrier, device and network availability. Messaging consent applies only to oobCREATIVE and is not sold or transferred to another business or sender. See the Privacy Policy for how mobile information and messaging consent are handled.

Third-party services remain independent.

The site may link to or use independent services for hosting, payments, public-page research, messaging or other functions. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and technical behavior. A link or integration does not mean oobCREATIVE controls every part of the third-party service.
