Phase one: establish what is actually usable
- Secure available files, access, exports and current-state evidence.
- Review scope, deliverables and failure points.
- Classify assets as keep, repair, replace or investigate.
- Identify dependencies and risks before destructive changes.
- Separate launch-critical repairs from broader improvements.
- Define a phased recovery plan with acceptance checkpoints.
Possible recovery work
Depending on what failed, later work may include website content and structure, code or deployment repairs, automation and integration fixes, messaging, vendor handoff, asset cleanup or completion of a stalled launch.
Completion should restore decision confidence
You should be able to explain what was retained, what changed, why it changed and what evidence is required before the next phase begins.
This is not automatic blame transfer
oobCREATIVE cannot assume responsibility for prior vendor work or guarantee that every asset is recoverable. The recovery process makes those limits visible before scope expands.
