Who operates oobCREATIVE?

oobCREATIVE is a registered trade name of Baxter Barkley LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Baxter Barkley LLC is the legal entity that operates oobCREATIVE and this website.

Colorado Secretary of State entity ID: 20251789586. Official business records can be verified through the Colorado Secretary of State business search.

Are assessment answers sent to oobCREATIVE?

No, not by the assessment itself. The Audience Review, AI Fit Check, Human Review Checklist, AI Workday Review, Idea-to-Test Review and Customer Flow Health Review operate in your browser and do not require an account or email address.

The AI Fit Check does not transmit or save your answers through oobCREATIVE application code. The Audience Review, Human Review Checklist, AI Workday Review, Idea-to-Test Review and Customer Flow Health Review generate their results in your browser and do not send answers to an external analysis endpoint or AI model.

What is saved in the browser?

The Audience Review, Human Review Checklist, AI Workday Review, Idea-to-Test Review and Customer Flow Health Review use browser storage for interruption recovery so you do not necessarily lose progress if a page reloads. These drafts are stored on the device and browser you are using; they are not oobCREATIVE account records.

The Customer Communication Preview also keeps a browser draft so the business information you enter can carry between Talk, Chat and Text before you decide to save it. The Business Knowledge Console uses the same local continuity record so the business information you enter can survive a page refresh and carry into other presale experiences. The Voice Assistance Preview may read that same browser draft when you move into the call emulator. Browser storage by itself does not activate a paid service.

You can remove a draft with the tool’s “Clear saved draft” or “Clear saved answers” control where provided, or by clearing this site’s browser data. Clearing site data also removes the local Customer Communication Preview draft and the local context available to the Voice Assistance Preview.

What happens when I use or save the communication preview?

The Customer Communication Preview works differently from the private browser-only assessments above. When you start Chat or Text, or choose to save the setup, the Customer Communication Preview sends the business information needed for that action to oobCREATIVE’s application services. The Business Knowledge Console likewise sends the business information you choose to save to oobCREATIVE’s presale application service so the same knowledge can be resumed and reused across eligible previews. The text conversation may also be processed by the configured conversational-AI provider so it can respond.

The Voice Assistance Preview likewise sends the business information needed to create the browser call experience when you start a preview conversation. The Voice Assistance Preview is a presale demonstration; using it does not by itself create a production phone number or activate a paid communication service.

If you choose “Save this for my business,” the saved presale record can be used to help you continue without re-entering the same business information. The Business Knowledge Console uses that same presale continuity model; it does not by itself publish or activate customer-facing service. Production use remains a separate reviewed and activated step.

Do not enter confidential, regulated, client, patient, employee or other sensitive personally identifying information into a free tool. Describe the type of work or situation rather than pasting protected records.

What happens if I share a Customer Flow result for human review?

Sharing is a separate action you choose after the result is created. The Customer Flow Health Review prepares a short summary and opens your email application only after you select “Share My Results for Review.” You can see, edit or delete the prepared text before deciding whether to send the email.

Until you send that email, the assessment has not transmitted the result to oobCREATIVE. If you do send it, the message and contact information you provide are handled like any other email inquiry and used to respond to the request.

Does the website collect any technical information?

The site is hosted through GitHub Pages. Like most hosting services, the hosting provider may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and time for security, reliability and service operation. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies.

This distinction is why oobCREATIVE describes the assessments as browser-based and not automatically sending your answers rather than claiming that no technical data of any kind can ever be processed by the hosting infrastructure.

What happens when I email oobCREATIVE?

If you contact oobCREATIVE by email, the message and contact information you provide are used to respond and manage the resulting business conversation. Email is not an appropriate channel for confidential health, legal, employment or similarly sensitive records. A service inquiry should describe the workflow without including customer records or other protected information.

How does SMS messaging work?

End users opt in verbally during a live phone call they initiate to oobCREATIVE. The oobCREATIVE AI receptionist may offer to send a consultation scheduling link or an appointment confirmation by SMS. Before any SMS is sent, the AI receptionist explains what the message will contain and asks for explicit permission to text the same phone number used to place the call.

Before asking for consent, the AI receptionist tells the caller that message frequency varies based on requests and appointments, typically 1–2 messages per interaction; message and data rates may apply; replying HELP provides help; and replying STOP opts out. The AI receptionist also provides the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, then asks whether the caller would like the text sent. The caller must say “yes” or otherwise explicitly agree before the message is sent. The AI receptionist then confirms that the text will be sent.

Messages are sent only to the phone number that initiated the call. The AI receptionist does not accept a different destination number for this purpose, and no unsolicited marketing messages are sent through this consent flow.

oobCREATIVE does not sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in and consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging consent is specific to oobCREATIVE and is not transferred to another business or sender. Service providers may process the information only as needed to deliver and operate the requested messaging service.

For SMS support, reply HELP or email hello@oobcreative.com. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

How are service payments handled?

The Local AI Systems 14-Day Pilot currently uses a Stripe-hosted Payment Link after written fit and start-date confirmation. Stripe collects and processes the transaction, business name, contact and payment information under Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices. This website does not receive or store full card numbers. oobCREATIVE receives the customer and transaction information needed to confirm payment and provide the purchased service.

Does this site use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics?

This site does not use oobCREATIVE advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. Hosting infrastructure may use essential technical mechanisms required to deliver and protect the site. Browser storage used for assessment drafts is functional storage, not advertising tracking.

What if the data handling changes?

This policy will be updated when the site’s data handling changes.
